This early American pine trunk has a glowing finish inside and out. Totally finished inside with a small shelf, the trunk can be used as storage in the bedroom, in the kitchen, or mud room. It is not too large, so it can be very handsome coffee table or small sitting place.

This painted cabinet or bookcase is a perfect piece behind the sofa or against the wall to store and display your favorite treasures is painted in a warm green with exquisite French carved details. All the raisers have fruiting and the site panels are finished with three sets of moldings. The back is finished in the same color.

From the mid 1800s, this French glass fronted cabinet is deep enough to hold the books, but not too deep to drown your treasures. The graceful curved bonnet sits a top a full one piece glass door. The front rounded feet gives a bit of air under the piece and there are five shelves.

This handsome tilt top pedestal tables have a highly polished patina, smooth and elegant. It is made out from beautiful wood and sit on a carved tripod base. The tables are from England.  Beautiful center piece, or side table. Great as center piece in small hallways. Very good condition. Tilted 37H.

Provencal linen press, painted in soft French blue with yellow trim and interior. Wonderful carved details and paneling, one drawer with lock and key, and one single drawer as is typical in  the French style. The top portion sits on the deeper bottom half.

A single 19th century Chinese beech wood horseshoe chair has a medium brown finish. The 4" vertical back panel has a handsome medallion carved in the center and the graceful sweep of the upper rail creates the famous horseshoe shape, ending with an outside flare.

Chairs with a continuous curved back resembling a horse shoe are among the most impressive of Chinese chairs. They were used ceremonially and were reserved for persons of high rank and social importance.  Surprisingly comfortable chairs to seat on, as very sculptural looking. Excellent addition for hallways, or family rooms, or master suits. They look very  good with narrow cushion on it. Sold as a pair. Northern Elm from Northern China.
Overall hight is 37'.

A turn of the 20th century French open arm chair with a cane seat and back is perfect for a small desk, hallway, or bedroom. The carved cabriolet legs have a graceful curve and a front apron has a center carved floral cartouche. The arms each have an upholstered arm pad, as well as the separate seat cushion on the cane.

Here is wooden Chinese trunk in dark chinese red patina with subtle gold painting on the vertical front around the letch. The harmonies designed elements makes this piece a charming table, trunk, or stand alone piece depending what height you need something to be.

The early American storage trunk is in its original red milk paint with large rope hoops as handless. The original strapping is supporting the top boards and the latch is original iron.

This rich, aged leather trunk is handsome at the end of a bed for storage or as a coffee table in front of the sofa. Two handsome handles on each end with the original chinese letch are interesting additions to the trunk. The color is warm rich mahogany red.
