Beautifully sculptured Bentwood bench with cane seat. The beautiful curves & rhythm of this bench are graceful and original. Walnut colored wood. Very good condition.

Round Danish pedestal coffee table in blond Biedermeier wood, with mechanism to rise up to dining table height. There is a leaf of unmatched wood so dining table could seat 6 around table. This table can be raised to 30.

This small chest of drawers from England has a curly burl exterior and original hardware. It would be a great hall piece, end table, or bedside table, with two small drawers, and three full drawers.

This elegant double sided caned French settee has upholstered seat and carving around support apron and the top reaching to a center armament of a mandolin musical instrument and the arms have carved acanthus relief. It very unusual to have a double sided caning, on both sides - the inside of the frame as well as on the outside. See photos. Very good condition.

There are many of these wedding cabinets, as this was the traditional dowry chest' for those living in this region of southern China. There are differences in the cabinets, as some are larger and vary in detail, but the general form remains the same. The interior, which has two shelves with two drawers below the upper shelf, can be modified to accommodate a television. Fir wood; Ningbo area, Zhejiang province, southern China; Late 19th century.

Price is for single stool. 4 Chinese Stools Zelkova (jumu). They are made from solid wood & finished in original wood color wax/lacquer finish with traditional splayed legs and sturdy stretcher. The curved seat is very comfortable and graceful. Will sell pair or 4. Very good condition. Seat sizes and height slightly wares from stool to stool. We have more available if somebody needs more then 4.
